center location friendly staff good food graffiti area uninviting entrance sheets change
the room was very close to the center, its only 10 minutes walk. i found lots of nice places for food close by. the staff was very friendly, and were helpful.
the area has lots of graffiti. the entrance need updating, it do not look inviting. they changed the towels every few days. our sheets were never changed .

dusty floor loud street noise
The room floor felt dusty. I could tell it had not been cleaned well. the building itself seemed worn down, and the surrounding area did not feel safe at night. My partner was really uneasy. street noise at night was quite loud because a disco operated nearby. Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor also disrupted sleep early in the morning. i found this really unacceptable for the price i paid.

excellent location, spacious room
helpful staff clean hotel large room good landmark
the staff was indeed very helpful and friendly. i had a superior studio, it was large enough for my needs. the hotel was very clean upon arrival. monastiraki square is only an 8-minute walk away (a good landmark to note).
the entrance of the building could use some updating to appear more cute.

the kitchenette includes a kettle and a coffee machine. detailed attention was given to providing glasses, plates, and utensils in the kitchen area (nice touch).

the check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly. they readily provided assistance with directions and local information. i felt they were genuinely interested in making my stay pleasant.
